Our History
Founded in 2007, PTI Church was initially registered as a Not-for-Profit evangelical Christian organisation with the purpose of contributing to building the capacity of church and lay Christian leaders involved in the mission of restoration of Burundi after the long destructive ethnic war (1993-2005).

Most leaders who tried to respond to the situation mainly focussed on the spiritual aspects, leaving the rest to the government and secular organisations.
Solution
To be efficient, however, the response needed to be wholistic; hence the need for a solid contextual biblical, theological, and missiological basis for wholistic transformation.
