Who We Are

Our History

Founded in 2007, Partners Trust International (PTI) was first registered as a Not-for-Profit evangelical Christian organization with the purpose of contributing to building the capacity of Christian leaders involved in the restoration of Burundi after the long violent ethnic conflict (1993-2005). Following the change of the law governing churches and organizations in 2014, PTI became a church without changing its vision, mission and overall strategy.
